01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and GTA88 ("GTA88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at gta88.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By accessing, registering on, or using the GTA88 platform in any manner — including but not limited to placing bets, participating in promotions, or communicating with our support team — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the GTA88 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the GTA88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. GTA88 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under 21 years old. This requirement applies to all Malaysian players and reflects the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. GTA88 reserves the right to update its list of restricted territories without prior notice.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of GTA88 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or technology partners.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended GTA88 account. Registering a second account is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and use an online gaming service.

GTA88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

04 Account Registration

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport), a valid email address, a current Malaysian mobile phone number, and your date of birth.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. GTA88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

GTA88 is entitled to treat all activity carried out using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such loss results directly from our own negligence or fault.

GTA88 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Players found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — will have all associated accounts suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all Bonus Funds forfeited without appeal.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

GTA88 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Malaysian market, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• GTA88 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within the timeframe stated for each payment method — instantly for most e-wallets, 5–10 minutes for FPX bank transfers.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the GTA88 Account holder. GTA88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed successfully before any withdrawal is processed.
• All active Bonus Fund wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers 15 minutes to 2 hours; USDT TRC20 15–45 minutes subject to network confirmation.
• GTA88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

GTA88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New account holders may be subject to a verification period before bonus eligibility is confirmed.
• Each promotion has a defined wagering requirement, minimum deposit threshold, eligible game categories, and validity period. These are specified in the individual promotion terms published on the Platform.
• Where a Player holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds are used first by default unless the platform mechanics specify otherwise.
• GTA88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonus credits already validly claimed and in progress.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, exploitation of technical errors, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• The Birthday Bonus and Referral Bonus programmes are subject to minimum VIP tier and activity requirements as published on the Platform at the relevant time.

07 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the GTA88 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — including selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming a wager.

• GTA88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, markets opened in error, or system anomalies.
• In the event of a live sporting event being suspended, abandoned, or otherwise failing to conclude under the rules of the relevant governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the applicable betting markets.
• GTA88 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards match-fixing, insider betting, and use of prohibited automated betting systems (bots). Any Account found to be engaged in such activities will be immediately suspended and relevant funds withheld pending investigation.
• Mix Parlay bets, popular among Malaysian football bettors, are subject to specific combination rules and minimum odds thresholds as displayed at the time the bet slip is constructed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GTA88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same name, a different name, or using another person's identity documents.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with GTA88.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, including placing bets or claiming bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live casino or poker environments.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the GTA88 Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access accounts belonging to other players.

09 Suspension & Termination

GTA88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where GTA88 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where Account activity triggers AML or fraud detection procedures, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — GTA88 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and to permanently bar the individual from re-registering on the Platform.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting GTA88 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, net of pending bonus wagering requirements, will be returned to the Player via their nominated payment method subject to completion of applicable KYC checks.

Self-exclusion requests made under the Platform's responsible gambling tools will result in immediate Account suspension for the chosen period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GTA88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own negligence, including failure to secure your Account credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform for scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical issues.
• Decisions made by a Player under the influence of alcohol, medication, or other substances that may impair judgement.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings, which is the sole responsibility of the Player in accordance with their jurisdiction's applicable tax laws.

Where GTA88's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the GTA88 Platform — including but not limited to the GTA88 name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of GTA88 or its licensed game suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of GTA88.

12 Privacy & Data

GTA88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

GTA88 uses your personal data to operate and improve the Platform, process transactions, conduct KYC checks, detect and prevent fraud, and communicate with you regarding your Account and relevant promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Responsible Gambling

GTA88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. We provide the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your Account dashboard:

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change, you must close your Account before the change takes effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws relevant to the jurisdiction in which GTA88 operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to GTA88's customer support team for resolution.

GTA88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within 14 business days of a formal complaint being received. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Players acknowledge that the outcome of any game or bet, as determined by GTA88's certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of sports events, the relevant governing body's official result, shall be treated as final and binding for the purpose of dispute resolution.
